About
DanceWorks Nowra was established by Principal Amy Holder in 2013 and has earned the reputation of being Shoalhaven’s Leading Dance School. DanceWorks Nowra is the dance school of choice for those who value the highest standards and quality in all aspects of their child’s dance training and education. In 2021, DanceWorks Nowra was handed over to Morgan Holt who continues to uphold the same morals and values that the school has become so well known for.
At the end of 2022, DanceWorks Nowra was renamed DanceWorks South Coast, and in 2023, two new locations were announced! Bomaderry and Huskisson. The Bomaderry location was previously known as SCIPA School of Dance, and the Huskisson location was known as Studio19.
In 2024, DanceWorks South Coast launched a brand new custom-built space in Huskisson. DanceWorks continues to be the go to school for Dance, in the Shoalhaven!
Facilities
At DanceWorks we ensure our studios have plenty of room to move in comfort and safety, and to best utilise precious class time.
Our 3 beautiful studios all have;
- Professionally laid Sprung Floor by Show Works protecting our dancers from impact related injuries by dancing on a FIBA tested Sprung Dance Floor.
- Double Wall Mounted Barres for all age groups.
- Wall to Wall full length Dance Mirrors
- and Modern Sound Systems.
Uniforms
All of your dance needs can be purchased from our very own, in-Studio shop, located in the main street of Nowra. From Hair nets to Stockings, Shoes to Shorts, we have it all. Along with our brand new uniform range, which will be launching in 2023!
